Massachusetts School Health Record & Certificate of Immunization Form
For each child enrolled in our Camps, you must submit a Health Information form & a Certificate of Immunization Form (signed by a physician) with proof of Chicken Pox and Polio immunity.

Outdoor Adventure & Advanced Adventure Camp
Itinerary for Outdoor Adventure Camp and Advanced Outdoor Adventure Camp. Two weeks of high adventure and exciting outings such as: river snorkeling, ropes and rock climbing, river tubing, hiking and orienteering, canoeing, rock climbing, horseback riding, etc.

Athletic fields within Public Parks are available for use by groups if a permit is obtained from the Parks and Recreation Department.

Facility Rental - Community House
Community House auditorium will seat up to 200 people for a sit down dinner. An additional 180 seats are available if you use the balcony. Kitchen facilities are also available. This facility is available from Monday through Friday from 8am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 10pm. Sunday through Saturday (Subject to availability)
