Her extensive training background includes, dancing with Carol Butler’s School of Dance at multiple competitions, a member of the Pioneer Valley Ballet Company performing such ballets as The Nutcracker, and Sleeping Beauty, along with various others. Leah also competed in National competitions with Hackworth School of Performing Arts like American Dance Awards and Dance Masters of America. She danced on scholarship with Hartford Camerota Conservatory and St. Petersburg, Fl Ballet and She performed professionally for Shoestring Dance Company, Pioneer Valley Ballet, & Hackworth School of Performing Arts. Leah also Produced and choreographed for her own company, The Performance Company, performing locally at Elms College and Holy Name Schools.

Leah has been teaching dance with the Longmeadow Dance School for the past 8 years and taught at Hackworth School of Performing Arts for over 10 years. She also taught with CJ’s Studios as their Ballet Mistress and was the Assistant Director for Shoestring Dance Company’s Nutcracker. . She has also been teaching at the Westfield Cultural Arts Center this past year. Leah Produced and Directed Longmeadow Dance School’s Nutcracker for 3 years and hopes to have the opportunity to showcase the performance again soon.
