Audra has held the position of Director for the Longmeadow Parks and Recreation Department since it’s inception in 1997.  She has played an active role in developing the curriculum, hiring and training staff and maintaining the client base for the program.  Prior to working for the Department, Audra served Kindercare as the Assistant Director for the Longmeadow Center and worked as a teacher in toddler, preschool and kindergarten classrooms in other Centers.

She attended Springfield Technical College, Holyoke Community College and Elms College.  She maintains EEC Director II certification and holds the national Serv-Safe certification.  In addition to directing the child care program for the Department, Audra manages Department special events such as the John Barkman Fishing Derby and serves as an interviewer for all department seasonal staff.
