Zumba for Adults
Are you looking for a fun way to get fit? Add some spice to your workout and come shake your cha-cha with Zumba! This Latin based group exercise class features aerobic/fitness interval training that tones and sculpts the body.
Jess will lead you through fun, energizing, easy to follow routines that burn up to 1,000 calories per class. Ditch the workout, join the party! Come join the fun in this comfortable party atmosphere. Its your first step toward a healthier, happier you! Participants should wear any type of athletic clothing and sneakers.

Classic Yoga for Adults
Classic Yoga is a balance of spirit, mind and body which develops strength, stamina and flexibility while enhancing concentration, breathing and complete relaxation. Please bring a small mat or rug and wear comfortable clothing; bare feet are more conducive to Yoga postures. Robbie has recently completed her 35th year teaching with us and we are so pleased to see her carry on classes!

Karate - Shotokan Style - Ages 14 & up
Shotokan Karate-Do International Federation (SKIF) system includes an international standardized syllabus of kihon (basics), kata (forms) and kumite (sparring). All instruction and certification is authentic and directly affiliated with SKIF Japan, one of the largest and finest karate organizations in the world. *A white karate uniform is required for class and can be ordered through the instructor. Your instructor is James P. Shea 7th Dan SKIF. He is a licensed Karate-Do and Tai Chi instructor and has nearly 40 years experience. Classes meet Tuesdays 7:30pm-9pm, Thursdays, 6:30pm-8pm and Saturdays 8:30am-10am.

Mens Softball League
The only wooden bat softball league in Western Massachusetts Enjoy the great pastime of softball with friends and co-workers throughout the spring and summer. There is a mandatory organizational meeting for all team captains. Attendance is required and only eight teams will be selected. Any Longmeadow resident interested in playing, but not yet on a team must attend the meeting and sign up to be placed on a team. Games are held twice a week, Monday through Thursday. Season starts in May and ends in August. A $100 deposit and team rosters must be submitted for all eligible teams at the time of the meeting.

Cribbage League
New members always welcome, but please come with experience. Approximately 25-30 players attend each night and play nine, fifteen minute games.

Mens Basketball
Evening Pick up games at Glenbrook Gymnasium provide the opportunity for a great work out, competition and fun. Pay for the whole season in advance or pay on a walk in basis. Players must be out of high school to participate in this program. Program will not meet on the following Thursdays due to schools being closed: December 29, February 23 and April 19. Pick up games are non-officiated, with teams calling their own violations. This fun, non-competitive atmosphere allows players to improve their skills. Its a great way to stay active and meet new people. Players with basic volleyball skills are urged to join.
