Let us provide an exceptional birthday experience your child will never forget! The guest of honor can choose a pool party or a themed party. We provide the activities and party supplies and you provide the guest of honor and friends and leave the work to us. Longmeadow Parks & Recreation Department offers a wide variety of party options that suit every interest and budget.

“Let’s Party” with Longmeadow Parks & Recreation
Longmeadow Parks & Recreation is pleased to offer Birthday Packages for children ages 4 and up. Enjoy your child’s birthday while a personalized party coordinator does the planning, decorating, and games and clean up! Parties are 2-hour blocks on Saturdays from 11:00am-1:00pm or 2:30-4:30pm. We are available to book your party now! Call Kelly at 413.565.4163 from 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Parties are based on up to 15 guests. Additional guests are $15 per guest. Choose from the following themes: Princess Party, Luau, Circus, Superheroes, Cars, Star Wars and High School Musical. Choose now from the following options:

Basic Package- $209, which includes your party room, cake, juice, paper products, decorations, 2 party games and clean up.

Super Package- $261 includes everything in the basic package plus pizza for all guests.

Deluxe Package- $288 includes everything in the super package plus ice cream and party goodie bags for all children.

Ultimate Package- $398 includes everything featured in the Deluxe Package plus a live DJ.

Bounce House Package- $418 includes everything featured in the Deluxe Package plus a bounce house. Sorry, modifications or substitutions will not be made to packages.

Noodles, Kickboards and Cake For ages 6 and up
Celebrate a birthday or other special occasion at the indoor, heated pool located at Longmeadow High School. Choose either Friday night from 6:30pm–8:30pm or Saturday afternoon from 1pm-3pm. Parties include one hour of swimming plus one hour in the party area. We supply the pool, lifeguards, water toys and table for the party. You bring the refreshments and decorations! Call 413.565.4166 for availability and rates. Please note that swim aide devices are not permitted. Special discounts apply for indoor pass holders. Book early for your preferred date!
