Skyhawks Programs

Skyhawks programs have been developed to improve individual skills and are tailored specifically to each sport offered. Each Skyhawks experience offers fundamentals, fun times and good friends. Skyhawks is a unique program that is committed to creating the best sports experience possible for every single child. The energetic, personable staff welcomes each participant and makes them feel like part of a team. The participants are separated into small, age appropriate groups where they learn new skills in a fun environment.

Skyhawks have adopted the philosophy of engaging children, creating an atmosphere that is positive, respectful and fun, emphasizing team unity over individual accomplishment and reinforcing the value of participation over the rewards of winning. We are proud to offer the Skyhawks programs listed below:

Skyhawks S.N.A.G. Golf Camp, Ages 5-8, Licensed
Skyhawks Golf focuses on building the confidence of young athletes through training in proper technique and foundational skills. Golf is a challenging and lifelong sport, so young athletes need proper focus on the essentials of a good swing, putting and body positioning. To assist in this training, Skyhawks has adopted the SNAG (Starting New at Golf) technology to its curriculum. SNAG utilizes a set of equipment designed for beginning golfers, including oversized plastic club heads and “mini-tennis balls” to help build confidence. Holes are constructed with preset tee boxes or launching pads and are finished off with Velcro targets for greens. As a safety precaution Skyhawks will be utilizing golf helmets for protection. This program is perfect for developing a love for the game of golf! All participants receive a t-shirt and a merit award. The participant-to-coach ratio is approximately 8:1. For safety reasons participants will be required to wear our helmets.
