You can register in a secure environment using your credit card. Click here for program descriptions. No User Fees For On-line Registration. Starting with the 2006 Spring/Summer registration season, there will be no on-line processing charges. The Longmeadow Parks and Recreation Department wants to make it easier and more affordable to participate in our exceptional programs.

2. Download
You can download the form, fill it out, include a check for full payment, mail, fax or drop it off with us. Click here.

3. Come on in!
Visit our office at the Community House. We are here to serve you.

All registrations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis until the program maximum or established deadline. See program descriptions for registration dates and times.

How to Pay
Payments are due in full at the time of registration. You may pay by Cash, Check or Credit Card. Checks should be made payable to: LPRD. Master Card and Visa are now accepted!

Registration Deadlines
Some programs list a deadline for registering. Registrations will not be accepted after the deadline or when the program maximum is reached. Programs not meeting an established minimum sign-up by the registration deadline will be cancelled.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be given after the program registration deadline or start of the program. A $25 processing fee will be deducted for any approved refund.

Late Fees
A $10, non-refundable late fee charged for all registrations received after established registration deadlines.

Fee Assistance
The Longmeadow Parks and Recreation Department's programs, classes and special events are available to all residents regardless of economic status. We provide fee assistance for qualified residents and a confidential application is available in our office or as an Acrobat document here:

How to Register
We now have multiple options to register for your favorite activity or program. Just use the one that’s most convenient for you and your family. You will also notice that all programs now have an “Activity Number” listed under the description. Use this number on the registration form or to quickly search for your favorite activity on-line.

On-line
You can register in a secure environment using your credit card. This new feature will also allow you to view your private transaction information and help you schedule your family’s many activities. You will need to set up a user ID and password prior to registering for the first time.Click here for program descriptions.

Walk-In
Visit our office at the Community House for all program information and forms.

Fax In
You can download the Registration Form, fill it out with your credit card information and fax to: 413.565.4165. Master Card and Visa only.

Mail In
You can download the Registration Form, fill it out and include a check for full payment of activities listed. Make checks payable to LPRD.

Non-Residents
A $10 fee will be added to all non-resident registrations.
